For paid services, payments are processed through third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) compliant with the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, and PCI-DSS standards. You agree to:
- Pay all applicable fees as specified at the time of purchase.
- Provide accurate payment information.
- Adhere to the payment processor’s terms and conditions.
5.3 Refunds and Cancellations

6. Intellectual Property
All Content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials, is the property of NextCEO or its licensors and is protected by the Copyright Act, 1957, and other intellectual property laws. 7. User-Generated Content
If you submit content (e.g., feedback, reviews, or comments) to the Service, you grant NextCEO a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for purposes related to the Service. You represent that:
- You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content.
- The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
NextCEO may remove or moderate user-generated content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, NextCEO, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
- Any errors, omissions, or delays in the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding six months.

NextCEO may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the Service or other users. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the Service will cease immediately.
- Any provisions of these Terms that, by their nature, should survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability) will remain in effect.

You agree to indemnify and hold NextCEO, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
In case of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at contact@nextceo.in. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, at NextCEO’s discretion.

Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

NextCEO shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet outages.
